Delivery Timeline Options

⏳ Standard Delivery

• First preview delivered within 12 working days
• Working days: Monday to Friday (excludes weekends and public holidays)
• Base price: No additional charge

🔹 Express Delivery (+RM 100)

• First preview delivered within 7 days (includes weekends)
• Example 1: Order on Monday (7 April 2025) → Preview by Monday (14 April 2025)
• Example: 2 Order on Friday (11 April 2025) → Preview by Friday (18 April 2025)

⚡ Rush Delivery (+RM 180)

• First preview delivered within 4 days (includes weekends)
• Example 1: Order on Sunday (6 April 2025) → Preview by Thursday (10 April 2025)
• Example 2: Order on Thursday (10 April 2025) → Preview by Monday (14 April 2025)

🚀 Super Rush Delivery (+RM 350)

• First preview delivered within 24 hours (includes weekends)
• Example 1: Order Saturday 3pm (5 April 2025) → Preview by Sunday 3pm (6 April 2025)
• Example 2: Order Monday 10am (7 April 2025) → Preview by Tuesday 10am (8 April 2025)

Important Timeline Notes

1. Urgency fees apply only to the first preview delivery timeline
2. Timeline countdown begins after completed payment AND receipt of all required information
3. Incomplete information will delay the start of your timeline
4. Amendment periods are separate from the initial preview timeline and follow our standard amendment timeline (2–7 working days depending on complexity)
5. Total completion time depends on:
   • Your revision requests
   • Your response time for feedback
   • Complexity of requested changes
6. All services include 2 rounds of amendments (wording changes only, as per our Design & Amendment Policy)
7. Urgency fees are non-refundable once the design process begins

Timeline Example

If you purchase Super Rush service at 2pm but send complete information at 8pm, your 24-hour countdown starts at 8pm, not at the time of purchase.

Connection to Shop Policy

Please note that our urgency fees only affect the delivery time of your first preview. All orders, regardless of timeline selection, are subject to our standard Design & Amendment Policies which include:

• No theme or design changes after first preview (wording amendments only)
• 2 rounds of free revisions (wording only)
• No monogram, illustration, font, or layout modifications
• RM25 fee per change beyond 2 free rounds
• After delivery of finalized card (without watermark, except footer brandmark):
  • Further amendments: RM25 fee per change (wording only)
  • Design alterations: Not permitted
• This fee applies regardless of whether customer has used their two free amendments
• Changing event date and/or time after finalization requires purchasing a new card at standard fee (no exceptions)
• Requests for design changes, format page changes (e.g., 3 Pages to 3 Pages – Event Itinerary), variation changes (e.g., Motion Video to Website Invite), adding extra pages, removing existing pages, changing the card language, changing parents/brides/grooms naming position, and/or including RSVP functionality after finalization will also require purchasing a new card at the standard fee.
