Q: What services do you provide?

A: We provide personalized digital cards for special occasions such as weddings, baby showers, birthdays, and more.

Q: How do I purchase a digital card on your website?

A: Buying a digital card on our website is simple. Browse designs, choose your card, and proceed to checkout. We'll contact you for more information after payment is confirmed.

Q: Can I customize the designs on the digital cards?

A: Modifications to the font type and design elements in the Ready-made template are not permitted. However, we offer flexible customization options for wording changes. Contact us for specific personalization requests.

Q: How will I receive the digital card preview?

A: The preview will be ready 7 working days after you complete the order form. When submitting the form, you'll see the calculated preview date.

Q: Can I do revisions after receiving the digital card preview?

A: Yes, you are entitled to 2 revisions before receiving the final digital card. These revisions are limited to wording changes only. A fee of RM25 will be applied for each amendment beyond the initial 2 included revisions.

Q: What if I want to make changes after the final card has been sent?

A: If any changes, such as adding extra pages or RSVP, are requested after the finalized card has been sent, they will be charged at the same rate as for a new card.

Q: Do you offer partial modifications?

A: There are no free partial modifications. For example, if you request two separate versions of a page with different content (such as one featuring the groom's parents and another featuring the bride's parents), this would require purchasing another card at our standard fee. Each distinct layout or version is treated as a separate design.

Q: What file formats do you provide for the digital cards?

A: We only provide design formats in PDF or MP4, and cannot accommodate requests for other formats.

Q: Are the digital cards printable?

A: We offer different products with varying printability:

1. Digital Keepsake (PDF): These are sized at 1920 x 1080 pixels, optimized for viewing on phones. They are not recommended for printing.
2. Print-Ready Memento: This is a print-ready, 2-page A6 sized PDF memento specifically designed for printing. You can have this printed at any printing shop of your choice.
3. Motion Invite (MP4): This is a video format and cannot be printed.

Please note that while we provide the Print-Ready Memento option, we do not offer printing services ourselves. The print-ready file is designed to be printed at any printing shop of your choice.

Q: What are the differences between Digital Keepsake (PDF) and Motion Invite (MP4)?

Digital Keepsake (PDF):

• Digital card in PDF format (standard document file)
• Static card only (no motion)
• Clickable icons for contact and location (3 pages and above)
• No background music

Motion Invite (MP4):

• Motion card in MP4 format (standard video format)

• Uses QR code for location, no clickable icons (3 pages and above)
• Includes background music

Q: Do you offer custom design services for digital cards?

A: We do not accept requests for digitization from printing or individuals doing their own designs. However, we offer our own range of customizable designs.

Q: In what languages are your cards available?

A: Our cards are available in English or Malay language.
