Revisions

Request changes if needed (2 rounds included).

  • Extra revisions cost RM25 each (if exceeding 2 free rounds OR after finalization)
  • Limited to text changes only
  • Completed within 3-7 working days

Final Version

Receive your personalized digital card in the chosen format as the final version of the card (without the watermark, except for the footer brandmark).

Note: Files are provided in the format of your purchased variation.

Any changes requested after the finalized card has been sent will incur a charge of RM25 per amendment (wording only), regardless of whether you have used your free amendments. However, if the change involves updating the event date, a new card purchase at the standard fee will be required.


Additional Policy Information

  • ✓ We cannot modify font types or design elements in Ready-made templates.
  • ✓ Substantial changes after finalization may be treated as a new card design.
  • ✓ We don't offer digitization services for external prints or designs.
  • ✓ Each distinct layout or version is considered a separate design.
